1.1. By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing, or using the Vitamin AI mobile application ("App") — a health vitamin tracker and AI-powered supplement assistant — these Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1.2. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and Halil Eren ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.
2.1. "App" refers to the Vitamin AI mobile application, including all software, features, and services.
2.2. "Services" refers to vitamin tracking, supplement logging, AI-powered recommendations, reminders, and related functionalities.
2.3. "Health Data" refers to vitamin intake logs, supplement information, dietary preferences, and other wellness-related information you provide.
2.4. "AI Recommendations" refers to personalized suggestions generated by artificial intelligence based on your input. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
3.1. Vitamin AI is a wellness and tracking tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3.2. AI-generated recommendations are for general informational purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement regimen.
3.3. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its AI suggestions. You use the App at your own risk.
4.1. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
4.2. If you are under 18, you may use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
5.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Halil Eren grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your device for personal use.
5.2. You agree NOT to:

6.1. Certain features may require a paid subscription. We will clearly disclose any fees before you are charged. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6.2. Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and applicable law. Please contact Apple Support for subscription-related refund requests.
7.1. You are responsible for all Health Data and other information you provide. You represent that you have the right to provide such data and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
7.2. We use your data to provide the Services, improve the App, and personalize your experience. Our use of data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL HEALTH NEEDS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALIL EREN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOMES, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON AI RECOMMENDATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Halil Eren, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
