• Device and diagnostics: device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
• Identifiers: device identifiers and, only if you allow via App Tracking Transparency (ATT), advertising identifiers such as IDFA.
• Approximate location: country or region inferred from your IP address.

1.3 Information from third parties

• Apple App Store: purchase validation, subscription status, and refund information (we do not see your full card details).
• Analytics and infrastructure providers: aggregated or pseudonymized usage statistics to help us understand how the App is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Generate and deliver AI-powered photos and other content.
• Operate our token-based system (e.g., track token usage per generation and manage your token/credit balance).
• Process purchases and manage subscriptions (via Apple In‑App Purchases).
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
• Improve the App’s performance, features, and user experience.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Token System and Payments

We use a token or credit system to unlock certain AI features:

• Tokens are virtual units with no independent real‑world monetary value.
• Tokens are non‑transferable and generally non‑refundable.
• Tokens can only be used within the App.
• Prices and token packages are shown clearly before you purchase.
• Tokens are consumed when you run AI generations or other paid features.
• All purchases are processed by Apple; card details are not stored by us.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only with:

• Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics tools, and AI model providers that help us operate the App.
• Payment and platform providers: Apple and similar platforms for billing, entitlement checks, and refunds.
• Authorities: when required by law, to respond to legal requests, or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law.

• Account and token history: kept while your account is active.
• Certain financial records: kept for up to 7 years where required for accounting and legal compliance.
